      Befindes han derimod ikke at være tjenstdygtig, eller han først antræffes efter 30 Aars Alderen, bliver han at tiltale og idømme Straf af simpelt Fængsel indtil 6 Maaneder og iøvrigt at behandle efter § 36.
      If, however, he is deemed to not be fit for military service, or if he only apprehended after the age of 30, he will be punished with simple prison up to 6 months, and furthermore treated in accordance with § 36.
