Transliteration of Urdu خیبر پختونخوا (xaibar paxtūnxvā), from خیبر (xaibar, Khyber) +‎ پختونخوا (paxtūnxvā, Land of the Pashtun), literally the Khyber side of the Pashtun heartland.
