Mongolian barbecue (countable and uncountable, plural Mongolian barbecues)
- A stir-fried dish of meat and vegetables cooked on large, round, solid iron griddles at high temperatures.
Usage notes[edit]
- The dish is not Mongolian, and is only very loosely related to barbecue.
