RMU (plural RMUs)

  1. (law) Initialism of removal unit.

      Three principal types of emission credits may also be traded under this regime: (a) the “emission reduction unit” (ERU); (b) the “certified emission reduction” (CER); and (c) the “removal unit” (RMU).
