Defining rhymes[edit]

"dacht and verdacht are not rhymes, as they are pronounced identically in their stressed and following syllables, including having the same onset." Is this relevant to a style guide for building a rhyming dictionary? Regardless of whether or not those two words constitute a rhyming pair, they would be put into the same rhyming category anyway. Maybe leave it as a sidenote, but as it currently stands, it creates the impression that "dacht" and "verdacht" belong to different rhyming groups. 193.91.99.25 17:09, 22 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
