Combination of -z- and -inho / -ão. The interfix can be used with any suffix that starts with a vowel. The closest comparison I can think of is creating -sman to account for -s- + -man in words like draftsman, doorsman, salesman, etc. — Ungoliant (falai) 10:35, 3 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
