Various word lists (and the Merriam-Webster dictionary for example) give bone-eater as a name for the Atlantic bonito (Sarda sarda). I assume this is a corruption of bonito? Hard to find it in actual use, outside of word lists... Equinox ◑ 00:08, 23 December 2023 (UTC)
