asexualist (plural asexualists)

  1. (historical) One who believed in asexual reproduction, e.g. in plants.
    • 1980, The Eighteenth Century, volume 6, page 182:
      The “asexualists" were often like animal preformationists in that they believed seeds did not need pollen fertilization to develop.
  2. One who is asexual on principle.
