     On the market-place and this near the church the boys everyday entertained themselves with the so-called tipcat game and I lately had the opportunity to see how a passing child was struck by a tipcat and cried out from pain. Has our police no open eye for the hazard of this game on a spot with liveliest traffic? Or are they willing to wait until a major misfortune occurs?
