(Notifying Atitarev, Bogorm, Bezimenen, Nauka, Ted Masters, Kiril kovachev): In the expression у дома "at home", is it у дома́ or у до́ма? The example of the other Slavic languages suggests до́ма and I found cases of "у до̀ма" on the Internet, but RBE says у дома́. Benwing2 (talk) 03:24, 10 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Benwing2: Both rechnik and chitanka say "дома́" and the inflection pattern suggests that stress as well. Confirmed here youtu.be/HMLauOsNEXs?t=79--Anatoli T. (обсудить/вклад) 03:37, 10 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Benwing2: Yes, can confirm, it is definitely у дома́ if it's intended to mean "at home." Otherwise, there is also this more dialectal interpretation:
Май още живее у до̀ма за старци, 'ма забрави́х вече.Maj ošte živee u dòma za starci, 'ma zabravíh veče.He probably still lives in the retirement home, but I've forgotten by now. This is pretty much purely theoretical, so I doubt this sense has seen any use anyway.
Another example of dialect showing through ^^. But у дома́ is the proper form for sure though.
