Pronunciation

It may have been an attempt to define one of the characters but White Lotus s1e6 has an American pronouncing this thing shy-ezz or shyzz instead of shayz. Might be a dialectical thing worth mentioning. Fwiw, Merriam-Webster's entry gives two pronunciations but given their bizarre house system, I can understand what /shāz/ is supposed to sound like but have no idea what they think /shez/ is supposed to mean.
