left lane hog (plural left lane hogs)

  1. A motorist who occupies the left (especially leftmost) lane (passing lane) of a multi-lane road or highway, without moving over to allow faster-moving traffic to pass.
    Synonyms: left lane hogger, left lane hugger, left lane camper
    Coordinate terms: right lane hog, road hog, Sunday driver
