Etymology

Often connected with Sanskrit मृदु (mṛdu, soft, gentle) and Middle Irish blind (slime from the mouth of a dead man). However, according to Furnée, the variations would prove a Lua error in Module:parameters at line 376: Parameter 2 should be a valid language, etymology language or family code; the value "pregrc" is not valid.
