Etymology

From Ottoman Turkish قالیق (qalyq), via a (deprecated template usage) [etyl] Lua error in Module:parameters at line 360: Parameter 1 should be a valid language or etymology language code; the value "sla" is not valid. See WT:LOL and WT:LOL/E. language (Ukrainian калі́ка (kalíka) or Polish kalika).

  1. a cripple, an injured or paralyzed person
  2. (derogatory) a clumsy person
  3. (derogatory) a stupid or ignorant person, someone who doesn't think of other people, or the consequences of his or her actions
