From the root و ش ق (w-š-q).

Noun

وَشِيقَة (wašīqaf (plural وَشَائِق (wašāʔiq))

  1. jerked meat
    • فَأَكَلْنَا مِنْهُ وَجَعَلْنَا مِنْهُ وَشِيقَةً
      faʔakalnā minhu wajaʕalnā minhu wašīqatan
      So we ate from it and jerked the other part.
