Etymology

Relative adjective (nisba) derived from the name of Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab (مُحَمَّد بْن عَبْد الْوَهَّاب (muḥammad bn ʕabd al-wahhāb)), an Islamic reformer and founder of Wahhabism.
