Etymology

From Proto-Finno-Permic *kuda-, from Proto-Indo-European *h₂ewdʰ-, from the root *h₂ew-. Uralic cognates include Lua error in Module:parameters at line 360: Parameter 1 should be a valid language, etymology language or family code; the value "fiu-fin-pro" is not valid. See WT:LOL, WT:LOL/E and WT:LOF. and Proto-Permic *ku̇nu̇.
