English: Complete cast copper alloy S-shaped belt hook fitting of sixteenth or seventeenth century date (AD 1500 - AD 1700). Length 35mm, width 19mm and 5mm thick. Weight 7.16g.

The identical terminals are in the form of a swan’s head. The central part of the fitting, the shared gorged neck of the two heads, has moulded decoration. The decoration is in the form of a studded collar enclosing a studded sheath containing foliage.
