Summary

Description I fished her out of a bowl of water but she didn't survive long. The long structure on the tail is an ovipositor. Notice the poisonous beak. I don't know If robber flies bite humans but fortunately she didn't bite me. A healthy robber fly can take down a butterfly in seconds.
