Summary

Description
English: In this technique, the stool is put onto an agar plate, and the plate is sealed to prevent accidental infections of laboratory workers and held for at least 2 days at room temperature. As the larvae crawl over the agar, they carry bacteria with them, hence creating visible tracks over the agar.
