Description

Samosas are the triangular folded and sealed dough crepe-like food with stuffing inside. It is deep fried to give the golden brown crust.

The stuffing can be anything - veggie mix, cooked meat, cooked fish, left overs, mash or pastes, sweets, etc.

Samosas and pakoras are fair, farmer market, festive occasion, party food in India.
