Usage[edit]

This template can be used in the "References" section of an entry to provide a citation for George Krapp's The English Language in America, published in two volumes:

Parameters[edit]

The template takes the following parameters:

  • |1=, |volume=mandatory: the volume number used in uppercase Roman numerals or Arabic numerals; either |volume=I/1 or |volume=II/2.
  • |2= or |page=, or |pages= – the number(s) of the page(s) cited as a reference.
  • |3=, |text=, or |passage= – a passage cited from the source.
  • |nodot= – by default, the template adds a full stop (period) at the end of the citation. To suppress this punctuation, use |nodot=1 or |nodot=yes.
