@Sgconlaw How to remove it? J3133 (talk) 11:50, 22 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@J3133: I haven't tested it, but I think it's because you can't use the colon and semicolon characters directly in templates as they have special meanings in wikitext (colon = indent; semicolon = a bold heading). You have to replace them with : and ;. I tweaked the template; let me know if the change worked. — SGconlaw (talk) 14:20, 22 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

PP/PA/PT in the URL[edit]

@Sgconlaw PP1 PA1, PT1; “PP”/“PA”/“PT” need to be included in the page parameter. J3133 (talk) 12:41, 6 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@J3133: looks like Google Books went and renumbered the pages of some of its works again. I wonder why they keep doing this. — Sgconlaw (talk) 12:57, 6 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@J3133: I finally got round to fixing this. The Google Books pagination was too erratic, so I uploaded the files to the Internet Archive and used those versions instead. It's a method you can use in the future. — Sgconlaw (talk) 18:08, 31 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
