Borrowed from English arsenic, from Middle English arsenik, from Middle French arsenic, from Latin arsenicum, from Ancient Greek ἀρσενικόν (arsenikón, “yellow arsenic”) (influenced by ἀρσενικός (arsenikós, “potent, virile”)), from Semitic, from Lua error in Module:parameters at line 290: Parameter 2 should be a valid language, etymology language or family code; the value "MIr." is not valid.
