From Ancient Greek κάμμαρος (kámmaros), from Lua error in Module:parameters at line 159: Parameter 2 should be a valid language, etymology language or family code; the value pregrc is not valid. See WT:LOL, WT:LOL/E and WT:LOF.. This term is potentially a cognate of Danish hummer, Old Norse humarr (lobster) (which is the source of French homard).[1]
