From (deprecated template usage) [etyl] Proto-Albanian *duaigā, from (deprecated template usage) [etyl] Proto-Indo-European *duoi-, from the root *du (binary, consisting of two). Cognate to Old High German zwig (forking, crotch (of tree); bough, branch).[1]
