From Proto-Celtic *dolisko-, *dulisko- (compare Old Irish duilesc, modern duileasc), from *dol-, *dulā-, *duljo- (leaf)[1]

  1. dulse (a seaweed of a reddish-brown color, Palmaria palmata (syn. Lua error in Module:taxlink at line 68: Parameter "noshow" is not used by this template.), which is sometimes eaten, as in Wales and Scotland)
