Etymology

Probably from (deprecated template usage) [etyl] Lua error in Module:parameters at line 331: Parameter 1 should be a valid language or etymology language code; the value "sla" is not valid. See WT:LOL and WT:LOL/E. *rapa (swelling, bump, sore, wound), or less likely *svrabъ (scabies, itch). Other proposed etymologies include medieval German Rapfe or Gepid *rappôns.[1]
