łe- (“into the ground”, from łeeh, contraction of łeezh “ground” + -iih “into”) + -ʼa- (unspecified person object prefix) + -di- (“fire”) + -∅- (3rd person subject prefix) + -l- (classifier) + -chʼííł (imperfective stem of root -CHʼIL, “lightning strikes”).
