Transliteration of Ancient Greek Σενναχηρίμ (Sennakhērím), Σεναχηρείμ (Senakhēreím) or some other variant of Σαναχάριβος (Sanakháribos, Sennacherib) by the translators of the Bible. Ultimately from Akkadian 𒁹𒌍𒉽𒈨𒌍𒋢 (/⁠Sîn-ahhī-erība⁠/). Notably held by members of the Artsruni dynasty, who claimed descent from the Assyrian king Sennacherib.
