1. (וַתִּקַּח, vatikách) (And) (she/it) took: third-person feminine singular vav-consecutive imperfect (hence past tense) of לָקַח (lakách)
   • Tanach, Exodus 2:3, with translation of the King James Version:

     וַתִּקַּח־לוֹ תֵּבַת גֹּמֶא

     vatikach-ló tévat góme

     she took for him an ark of bulrushes

2. (וַתֻּקַּח, vatukách) (And) (she/it) was taken: third-person feminine singular vav-consecutive imperfect (hence past tense) of לוקח / לֻקַּח (lukách)
   • Tanach, Genesis 12:15, with translation of the King James Version:

     וַתֻּקַּח הָאִשָּׁה בֵּית פַּרְעֹה

     vatukách haishá bét par'ó

     and the woman was taken into Pharaoh's house
