It is alternative diacritic of ੰੰ called Tippi. Bindi conjugates with specific vowels ਆਂ ਈਂ ਏਂ ਐਂ ਓਂ ਔਂ OR ਕਾਂ ਕੀਂ ਕੇਂ ਕੈਂ ਕੋਂ ਕੌਂ .
