Blend of 群馬 (Gunma) + 埼玉 (Saitama).

Usage notes[edit]
Gunma and Saitama are neighboring prefectures in the Kanto region, near Tokyo. They are sometimes distinguished from the more urban region of Eastern Tokyo.
