     掌(てのひら)の上(うえ)で少(すこ)し落(お)ちついて書(しょ)生(せい)の顔(かお)を見(み)たのがいわゆる人(にん)間(げん)というものの見(み)始(はじめ)であろう。

     Te-no-hira no ue de sukoshi ochitsuite shosei no kao o mita no ga iwayuru ningen to iu mono no mihajime de arō.
