Similar, though probably unrelated, to many interrogative markers in other languages; Compare Korean (ga), (kka, interrogative particle), Finnish -ko, -kö (interrogative suffix), Indonesian kah (interrogative suffix), Malay kah (interrogative suffix), Kapampangan (interrogative particle), Tagalog ga (dialectal interrogative particle), Marathi का (, interrogative particle).
