At first I thought that was redundant to Category:English unisex given names, but this is for given names that are male in one language and female in another one. No; stick to individual languages like we do for male and female. --Mglovesfun (talk) 18:38, 9 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

But why delete the parent category for Category:English unisex given names that you seem to approve of? Removing a sentence would have been enough. I was just storing an interesting phenomenon there, like false friends. The offending names have been moved to Appendix:Unisex given names. Another solution would have been a Category:Translingual unisex given names.--Makaokalani 16:21, 14 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Category:English unisex given names has Category:Unisex given names by language as its parent category. --Daniel. 00:39, 17 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
