@Fay Freak, why do you assume the Armenian is specifically from Akkadian? I do not know any examples of Semitic z > ǰ. By the way, Martirosyan connects also κιθάρα (kithára). --Vahag (talk) 17:45, 24 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

@Vahagn Petrosyan: I don’t think I assumed anything in this regard, these pages are mostly from @Victar, although some things look like I have added them, perhaps on a deleted user page – I don’t recal who came upon what and Victar doesn’t either somehow – apparently no one cares anyway 😛, this reconstruction is a nightly brainstorm and grandiose anyway, more than we thought in the beginning.
Just now when I saw this Armenian I wondered where it could be put: Akkadian was not my first thought and I could not come upon any conclusion, I thought you would, so … Victar visibly doesn’t know it better either. Fay Freak (talk) 17:56, 24 July 2021 (UTC)Reply
Sorry, I did not notice this is not your entry. I do not know where the Armenian fits. It is better to list it in a separate group in the etymology section. --Vahag (talk) 05:04, 25 July 2021 (UTC)Reply
