Retjenu

  1. The Pharaonic areas of Canaan and Syria, stretching from the Negev Desert in southern Israel to the Orontes River which flows from central Lebanon to Syria and Turkey. Djahy refers to the area of Retjenu spanning from Ashkelon to Lebanon and Galilee.
