Borrowed from Arabic السَّاقِيَة الْحَمْرَاء (as-sāqiya l-ḥamrāʔ, literally “the red rivulet”).

- (historical) One of the two territories (the other being Río de Oro) that formed the Spanish province of Spanish Sahara after 1969.
