добиться means "to get (successfully)" here. местечко can mean a small town, a small place, a position (job) or a place to live (accomodation). I've changed to what I think was meant but it may be something else.--Anatoli T. ^{(обсудить}/^вклад) 21:00, 3 March 2016 (UTC)
