Daijirin lists this under 皺くちゃ, while Daijisen and Shogakukan list this under all-kanji 皺苦茶. JA WT doesn't seem to have this term in any spelling that I've checked. Quick comparison:

- google books:"皺くちゃ" -wiki -- 1,180 hits
- google books:"しわくちゃ" -wiki -- 3,770 hits
