Sure there are. Which subaru are you referring to? The Pleiades star cluster is 昴. There are also too verbs 窄る and 統る. Bendono 05:08, 25 August 2009 (UTC)

For that matter, since there are several possible renderings here (スバル, 昴, 窄る, and 統る) with at least three independent etymologies, etymologies should probably be given on these other pages, no? Otherwise, I can't think how best to structure the すばる page itself, since Etymology is its own heading, which couldn't come between definition numbers without screwing up the numbering.
