@POKéTalker -- Considering the following:

• 一昨年 (issakunen)
• 一昨晩 (issakuban)
• 一昨夜 (issakuya)
• 一昨朝 (issakuchō)
• 一昨夕 (issakuyū)
• 一昨 (issaku)

... I'd say the compound is 一昨 (issaku) + other elements.  :) The KDJ has an entry for 一昨 (issaku), and lists the others as usage examples for issaku, but has no entries for the others. It's also possible to parse these as separate words, suggesting romanizations like issaku nen and issaku chō.

There's also an entry for 一昨昨 (issakusaku), for what that's worth.
