Add'l pronunciation[edit]

For the pronunciation of 句 as qu and its sense as a historical bit of foot decoration, see the Shandong Archive source provided. I think the historian there feels that the placenames are actually derived from an original pronunciation as gou and its sense of "curvy" &c. but since all of the major dictionaries he lists disagree with him so far I left it with the qu sense. — LlywelynII 06:48, 1 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
