This is not about Hamburg. The English lexical entry in question is hamburg steak, which is attestable. Why so quick on the draw? The connection with Hamburg was lost for most speakers in the US long (100+ years) ago. DCDuring TALK 00:01, 9 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
