Rfv-sense: "a narrow stretch of water between the Malay Peninsula and the Indonesian island of Sumatra". Can the word Malacca alone refer to the Strait of Malacca? RcAlex36 (talk) 16:36, 15 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Cited. (Short forms like this generally exist.) It should probably just be defined as "Short for Strait of Malacca" with the definitional content moved there, though, like Sargasso, etc. - -sche (discuss) 19:55, 15 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
