- Cited, it's pretty common colloquially (and I heard it in person this Sunday). Rewrote the gloss though since as far as I know no church bans saying "alleluia" during Lent: it just isn't used liturgically, and not saying it in general can just be considered a "pious practice". —Al-Muqanna المقنع (talk) 14:31, 22 March 2023 (UTC)
