chiefly US, informal elsewhere[edit]

England and Wales has the "Court of Appeal". This use seems very formal. I propose (for?) "chiefly US, informal elsewhere" to be changed. --PeterTrompeter (talk) 07:02, 21 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
