Although we may not be able to find a durably archived version of the plural, it is easily enough found (e.g. here). For that matter, this is durably archived, and contains the sentence "golfers should be astraphobes." Although it is a rather mention-y citation, it does attest to the plural form, and the citations under astraphobe cite the existence of the word itself.
