Today, 15 Aug 11, there,s news of a ground beef recall. A search on Yahoo reveals some websites related to this. In one of them the term "chubs of ground beef" expressed in english pounds (weight or mass) is used to describe what exactly is recalled. This term or word may be jargon at the meat packing industry, and I'm curious what it refers to and where it came from. I think Im becoming addicted to wiki-stuff!
